 It's hilarious! Unfortunately not appreciated by many my age, haven't heard of anybody watching it. Sure, the show's old but it's still funny. Gotta thank WarnerTV for showing old re-runs on tv!

Nothing much lately, been busy with OP (read: QA is gonna kill me). Have to learn how to think on the spot to answer those questions, if not I'm soooo dead. I've been told I gesture too much and my eyes for too shifty LOL (I thought I was scanning the crowd :/ ) So, got to work on that...

It costs $15 which is kinda pricey (imo) and I'm not a sucker for soft toys at all. But this one is really cute and SOFT. Haha I'm spazzing over a toy, okay it's actually a neck cushion.

Gosh, PW is gonna be over in a few more days! Scary yet exciting at the same time! Hope that everything will go smoothly as planned. Wish me luck~

Today, was a wake-up call for me.

Recently, I've been so self-absorbed with my own life, my own problems and issues in school and relationship-wise, that I've neglected all those around me. School alone has got me going crazy and everyday has been such a pain with all the stress and work.
But besides all my personal problems, there are even bigger, even more pressing problems out there. The world, does not consist only of me.
This year has been a rough year, with many ups and downs, there has been much sorrow and misery and today, I learnt of something bad that happened in my family.
I can't help but wonder what a self-absorbed person I have been all these while, always putting my troubles as priority before others, my own happiness and life before others. How selfish I have been.

While I learn of all these today, let it be a reminder for me and anyone out there to appreciate and give way to your loved ones and to care for them, in the simplest ways possible. Though I'm not an openly loving person, deep down, I still care a lot.

Now I realised, my troubles, my worries, are not as big as they seem. They are but a small hurdle that I have to overcome, regardless.

And it's today when I have so much I want to get off my chest, that I missed that person greatly, the one who I can share everything I want to say without being judged or whatever. Keeping all these thoughts and words to myself can be difficult, but I guess I'll live through it.

The sunset that made my day a couple of days back. Simple pleasures of life.

We are halfway on our journey out of hell (read: PW). Whoop whoop. Got WR printed but didn't have time to take a photo with it cos we found some mistakes like 1-2 hours before the submission deadline and had to rush out the correct one #wahsoheng  But I daresay our cover page turned out so gorgeous yay, but didn't take a photo... So here's one of my bigass face.

Whhheeee went for some late night baking at Zhaoying's house! She wanted to bake cream puffs so there I went haha. Because I can't bake at home since I don't have an oven,boohoo. Was really hoping it would turn out like those Beard Papa's cream puffs that are remarkably scrumptious. Any living soul who likes sweet-nothings should try this! There's one at IMM and Bugis if I'm not wrong...

The first batch was a failure cos we used bread flour instead of self-raising flour, so duh, it didn't raise HAHA. Looks more like pancakes right?

AHHH feel so ripped-off! Just came back from the 24h clinic which set me back by $70?!! What what. This is the first time it took me so fast to see a doctor. Waited like what 5 mins? Probably cos it's a public holiday+24h clinic, so nobody went cos it's gonna be expensive.

Actually talking about cats, I have a major fear of them, but that's cos those that I see around my neighbourhood are all black and scary! Imperfect info HAHA

For the first time in 16 years, I touched a stray cat, and it was pretty cool, I even named it "Orange", obviously cos it's orange in colour HAHA. But it was gone before I could take proper shots of it, probably succumbed to an illness cos it looked sick.
Anyway, with that I overcame my fear of cats! They are not all that scary and crazy like those cats that screech/scream/yell/meow at night.

Moral of story: Embrace your fears!

They say when life gives you lemons, you made lemonade right? But how does that work when you haven't got any sugar? You just end up with lemon juice, all sour and yucky.

Deadlines are coming in and we are working round the clock trying to work something out for PW. The work never ends. After Promos and we have this to deal with. There's always something else to do. I wished we had endless number of hours in a day to do everything we want to do.

Everyday it's just PW, PW and MORE PW. I swear after PW I will just print a copy of the report for myself and burn it muahaha, kidding, I'll just party all the way, no lah actually got quite a number of commitments, but they will be fun (I hope). Everyday I feel so stressed doing PW, it's killing me. PW is seriously ruining all our lives. I even dream of it at night...  :( sigh.

Okay this post is so whiny and I'm sounding like a typical complaining Singaporean. I'm better than that, trust me. I'm usually not like that. I'll just suck it up I guess, like how everyone will do. Life sucks, period. Can't wait for the rainbow after the storm.

Anyway, went to starbucks today to chiong out some PW and to surprise Jeremy with a cake & presents! Actually, I think he expected it cos he kept HINTING about his birthday, thick-skinned ALIEN. Really regretted not bringing my camera out today, sigh, phone cameras are just not as good. We got Jeremy deodorant wipes thing HAHA (not that's he stinks or what but it looks cool, and it's super practical for him to use it after training), and a bruise-healer (?) thing cos we always hear of softballers getting bruises from training. Aww, we so thoughtful right?
